There is another Peddler in the Northeast (he's kind of hidden, you have to cross some water), who sells some allods online gold fairly decent stuff (better than Armourer in town, and peddler in South).
If you can afford it, and don't get any better offers in the marketplace in town, buy some armour/weapons.
Once you're level 15, you have options. By far the easiest way to gain levels is to go to Davias (the other option is to continue soloing giants, but that gets boring after awhile - and you'll be back to soloing soon enough!).
Take the portal in the Northwest (avoid the giants if you still can't beat them) and you'll be in a new town.
At first, I strongly suggest carrying a scroll of Town Portal, as it's easy to get lost, and EVERY monster in Davias can kill you very quickly! Carry lots of potions as well...
You start in the town (if you didn't, then probably nobody would make it to Davias until level 25 at least!), so go over to the gate (there'll be plenty of people at it) and say "Level 15 looking for party".
